About the event
This years wrap up party is going to be packed full of holiday cheer! We have a full plate of announcements, games, speeches and fun to keep everyone entertained all night.
As a Not-For-Profit, one of our mandates is we must hold an Annual General Meeting to share some of the finer details of the club and our Board of Director's decision making with members. We will be doing this presentation at the beginning of the party, around 7:30.
We'll also have a special presentation to make to one special dad and a 2018 recap video that is sure to bring a tear to your eye.
This event is also part of our Dadcathlon series of events, there will be a trivia challenge, arcade game and one mystery game. If you wish to participate in those events, please visit the separate event page for the Dadcathlon 3.4 and pay the $10 entry fee. This fee goes towards prizes and helps cover some of the fees associated with the monthly events. The Dadcathlon is an easy way for new members to meet everyone and get involved in some fun competition.
So come on out and meet everyone, have some laughs, chicken wings and a drink or two. We'd love to see you!
